Trip Planer – Cancellation Policy

1. 25% cancellation charges will apply on the total amount if the trip is canceled 15 days before the travel date.

2. 50% cancellation charges will apply on the total amount if the trip is canceled between 14 to 07 days before the travel date.

3. 75% cancellation charges will apply on the total amount if the trip is canceled between 06 to 02 days before the travel date.

4. No refund will be provided if canceled on the same day of travel.

5. No refund will be made in case of mechanical failure, or natural calamities such as landslides, floods, earthquakes, heavy snowfall, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Trip Planner.

6. Trip Planner shall not be held responsible for any delays, inconveniences, or breakdowns during the journey due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. In the case of premature departure, the final decision will be taken by the hotel or homestay property owner, and Trip Planner will abide by their policies.
